Dr. Benjamin Walker Discusses Brain Science with SEED Students
Washington, DC - Benjamin Walker, Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology at Georgetown, studies biological changes in the brain and their connection to actions associated with autism. Dr. Walker is passionate about neuroscience education outreach and especially K-12 science education. His motto is: "Have brains, will travel!" On March 25, 2010, Dr. Walker came to SEED and helped the students understand how their brains work. The highlight of the night occurred when many of the students got to touch a human brain.
